About the Chef

Chef Michael Weinstein has been a force in the Dallas fine-dining scene for more than two decades, building a career that spans acclaimed kitchens, national TV, print features, and podcast appearances. Inspired early on by his grandmother’s cooking and his father’s garden, he evolved from a curious kid recreating PBS recipes to a professionally trained chef with a passion for creativity. Today, he channels that creativity into his Rebel Chef line of natural culinary products—offering a thoughtful, elevated alternative to conventional products.
